To secure your stay, the system simply requests a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before your arrival date. As soon as your booking is confirmed, the system ensures your dates are automatically marked as unavailable across every platform straight away, so there’s no risk of double bookings or crossed wires.
